Inadequate communication.

I purchased this product in size L, but upon receipt, it was an XL. I attempted to contact the seller, but unfortunately, there was no response. This is the second occasion I have encountered this issue when ordering from your website. I sincerely hope that the team will review my feedback and atleast initiate basic communication with customers to resolve any discrepancies that may arise from the seller's side.
